Stortford Interiors have secured another high value architectural package for Wates Construction at 20 Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington.
The contract entails drywall, joinery and Washroom Fit-Out (via Parkrose) and a multi-million pound combined order value. The contract will permit Stortford Interiors to demonstrate its experience in interface and co-ordination management and represent an opportunity to install another high quality commercial Washroom product in conjunction with high volume drywall and ceilings packages.
The project will see Wates Construction renovate the former 1950’s 18 –storey office building to provide CAT A office space and notable for Stortford Interiors use of OSM (Off-Site Manufacturing) for the technical washroom walls.
